In the Autumn term we hold an Open Evening in October for current Y6 pupils who are looking to join us in the following September. 

In November, we hold a Open Evening for students who are in Y11 and are thinking about joining Meadowhead School as sixth formers the following September.

Our next Y6 Open Evening will be on:

Thursday 2nd October 2025

5:00pm - 7:00pm

We are offering three sessions:

Session 1 -  5:00pm-6:00pm

Session 2 -  5:30pm-6.30pm

Session 3 - 6:00pm-7:00pm

After a welcome from the Headteacher, families will join a guided tour around our excellent facilities and meet our expert, specialist teachers who go the extra mile for our students.

You will be able to find out more about our knowledge-rich and diverse curriculum, and how it leads to our impressive record of academic success.

You will also be able to learn more about Meadowhead’s personal development programme that offers students a rich and diverse range of after-school clubs, trips and leadership opportunities.

Please note - each ticket includes 2 x adults and 1 x child entry.

On the night, students and staff will show you around our Sixth Form facilities and share the exciting opportunities available.

You will hear from the Headteacher, Head of Sixth Form and our students, and then tour our state-of-the-art facilities. You will be able to visit the subject areas you are interested in and meet your teachers, and get to know our Sixth Form team to learn about the pastoral and academic support and guidance we offer.

You will also get a sense of our vibrant Sixth Form community and excellent careers provision.

We are the Sixth Form of choice for Meadowhead students, and also welcome large numbers of students from a variety of other secondary schools to join us at the start of Y12.

Please note - 1 ticket admits 2 adults and 1 child.
