Coffee Morning - Tuesday 7th July
10am - 11.30am: informal discussions around the transition process for Y6 students with Special Educational Needs.
Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th July 2026
Y6 to Y7 Transition Days 8.45am - 2.30pm
Tuesday 14th July 2026
Y6 Parents Welcome Evening (parents only) 6.00pm - 7.00pm
SEND Information (parents only) 5.30pm - 6.00pm

Start of term for Y7s is Wednesday 2nd September 2026.

We would like to warmly invite Parents/Guardians to an informal coffee morning at Meadowhead School, where we will discuss the transition process for Year 6 students with Special Educational Needs, who will be joining Meadowhead School this September. This will be a great opportunity for you to meet key members of our SEN team and learn more about the support we offer. We look forward to welcoming you.
