Summer Exams/Results Days
The exam timetable dates for the 2027 GCSE, AS and A Level exams are based on dates set by each exam board. Students are given individual timetables, and a generic timetable will be published here nearer the start time in May 2027. Please be aware that the dates can be subject to change and should only be used as a guide.
We do not operate a policy of study leave.

A level results day is scheduled for Thursday 12 August 2027
GCSE results day is scheduled for Thursday 19 August 2027
When and how will I receive my examination results?
A Levels
We expect to follow the pattern of previous years, and open the school to students for the collection of results at 8.00am on Thursday 12th August, in the Sixth Form common room.
Students who have applied for university will be able to follow the usual process on the UCAS website, using UCAS Track to respond to offers. Please see this page for advice: https://www.ucas.com/undergraduate/results-confirmation-and-clearing/results/results-what-you-need-know.
There will be support available in school for any student who requires advice about the UCAS process.
Careers support will also be on offer for students looking at apprenticeships or work-related options, as well as gap year plans. Members of the Sixth Form team and the careers service will be stationed in the Sixth Form building from 8:00am to 12:00 noon.
GCSE
We expect to follow the pattern of previous years, and open the school to Year 11 students for the collection of GCSE results at 8:30am on Thursday 19th August.
Results will be collected from desks arranged in surname order from the Rosling.
