Well done to the Y11 football team who played this week against a very strong Penistone side; Meadowhead kept working hard and got their reward.
They now move into round 3 of the national cup with a home tie against Oakwood (Rotherham).
A goal in each half from Jamal PK and Reniel S helped us to victory, with the final score being: Penistone 1 - 2 Meadowhead
Player of the match - Luke T 🏆 who was excellent in net with some big saves and excellent distribution all game.

Y8 boys made it 2 wins in a week as they beat Forge Valley 3-1 in the Sheffield Schools Cup.
A very mature performance and deserved the win.
