Y12 students graduate from the Brilliant Club
Congratulations to Beya and McKenzie, both in Y12, who graduated from the Brilliant Club on Wednesday 6th February in a celebration event at the University of Sheffield.
Last term the students attended seminars and tutorials with Amanda, a PHD student from the University, who guided them to independently research and write a 2500 word essay on the theme of ‘Mapping the World Through Contemporary Art’.
At the event Amanda commented on the students’ creative ideas and the resilience needed to complete such a difficult essay alongside their usual studies.
