Y6/Y7 Transition 2025
A warm welcome to Meadowhead School. This section of the website has been created especially for parents/carers of students who will be joining us in September 2025 as Y7s.
If you are a parent/carer of a current Y6 student, who has been allocated a place at Meadowhead School for admission in September 2025, we ask you to:
- Read the Cashless Catering and Biometrics letter
- And the Y7 Allocating Form Groups Letter,
before then completing the Data Collection Form - deadline Friday 28th March 2025
In the Summer term we will be publishing a comprehensive Transition booklet and other useful information.

Informal Coffee Morning
We would like to warmly invite our parents/carers of September Y7s to an informal coffee morning at Meadowhead School, where we will discuss the transition process for Year 6 students with Special Educational Needs. This will be a great opportunity for you to meet key members of our SEN team and learn more about the support we offer. We look forward to welcoming you on Tuesday 8th July, 10am to 11.30am.
