Meadowhead Eco-Club students have been hard at work all year tending to the on-site vegetable patch.

Students started the year with a trip to the garden centre to plan out and purchase what they wanted to grow, and since then they have prepared the beds, sowed the seeds, and watered their plants as part of the Monday after school club. As you can see, they have grown a wonderful variety of plants which they were very excited to harvest in advance of the summer holidays.

All the vegetables were taken home by students and staff and enjoyed as part of their tea.
