Y11 Overview - Awarding Grades 2021

Year 11 Overview of Subject Course Content and the evidence that will be considered when awarding grades in 2021

(For students and families)

Below, you will find a summary of the evidence that we intend to use to award grades this summer (you can also download this as a PDF at the foot of the page)

Weightings provided in this document are for guidance purposes only and may be subject to change.

Subjects are listed in alphabetical order.

NEA refers to Non Examination Assessment (coursework)

Centre Assessment Grades were awarded for modular courses in Year 10 that were affected by the national lockdown.

Individual teachers and subjects will be able to provide you with further details once examination boards have released their support materials in the next few weeks.

We hope that this will provide a simple overview for you to refer to in preparing for the completion of the Non Examination Assessments (NEA) and the internal Assessments scheduled to take place between the 4th May and 28th May 2021.
