All Y10 students take part in a mock interview with an employer designed to give them a real-world experience. They work on a CV and prepare for the interview in Ethics lessons.

Students receive employer feedback on their approach to the interview and their CV.  Students report that they find this activity particularly helpful in feeling prepared for the future.
