Meadowhead's Virtual Sports Day 2020
This year we are not able to hold the school annual Sports Day as usual, but we have decided to hold a ‘Virtual’ Sports Week where Y7-9 students have the opportunity to get involved in a series of challenges and physical activities from home.
We are sharing the videos here so you can get a great idea of some of the things our PE department does, meet the teachers, and have a go at the challenges yourselves! Although you won't be submitting your scores, join in just for fun!
The competition will take place from Monday 6th July until Friday 10th July.
Monday 29th June- Friday 3rd July is Practice Week. You can practice each of the challenges by watching the videos, but you will not be able to submit your scores until the following week.
There are a series of 10 activities for students and family members to get involved with, each outlined in the videos below and set by members of the PE staff.
