There are now more and more apps out there that can help you manage your general wellbeing. Listed below are some apps to get you started. Headspace – Mediation has been shown to help people stress less, focus more and even sleep better. Headspace is mediation made simple, helping you develop skills of mediation and mindfulness in just a few minutes a day.   

RelaxMelodies – A relaxation and sleep app that allows you to select sounds and melodies that you like and combine them to create a mix. Perfect for those nights where you’re struggling to get to sleep.

Daylio Enables you to keep a private diary without having to type a single link. Pick your mood and add activities you have been doing during the day. You can also add notes and keep an old school diary. This format will help you to understand your habits better.

What’s Up – Free app utilising some of the best CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) methods to help you cope with Depression, Anxiety, Stress and more!
