Academic Support Manager

SALARY: Grade 5, scp 15 – 20,

£20,650 - £22,799 pa (actual salary)

Hours37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

(school term time and training days plus 1 week)

We are seeking to appoint as soon as possible, a highly motivated, well-organised and enthusiastic person to work within the Sixth Form Support Team to support our Year 12 and 13 students.

The successful applicant will work under the guidance of the Sixth Form Leadership Team and take an active, lead role in supporting students through academic mentoring and careers support. They will also be required to liaise with parents, teachers and a number of external agencies, employers and universities.

The position would suit a recent graduate looking for a starting post working with young people in a school setting.  Others, also welcome to apply.
