It was fantastic to meet so many Y6 students and their families at our Open Evening on Monday 1st October. There was a great atmosphere as all the subject areas showcased the curriculum as well as enrichment activities and there were plenty of tasty treats on offer - and not just from Food Technology!  Geography had Fairtrade chocolate to compare against other chocolate, Languages had a range of traditional European cakes and a sweet reward was given to detectives who solved the Murder Mystery in the library!

A massive thanks to all our students who volunteered to help on the evening - they were busy demonstrating activities, showing visitors around, advising with car parking and generally chatting about their experiences at Meadowhead.

All visitors were given a Meadowhead PE style bag and encouraged to collect leaflets from each area. If you didn't manage to collect them all, or where unable to come, these are published on the foot of the page.  We are also having an Open Morning with a tour starting at 10.00am on Monday 8th October.  Please telephone school to let us know if you would like to join the tour.
