As part of Y8 STEM club, we entered an inter school competition where the students had to come up with ideas to make AMETEK LAND in Dronfield more environmentally friendly. The students delivered a presentation at Get Up to Speed presenting their ideas in a ‘Dragons Den’ style format to a panel of judges. The students were a credit to the school and the organisers were left with a very positive impression of our students.

To top it all off we came joint first out of all the schools that entered. This is a fantastic achievement and the team should be very proud of themselves.
