In April, the first 10 of our STEAM ambassadors worked with students from Spain and Germany when they visited our Spanish partner school in Zaragoza. An action-packed schedule featuring technology master classes and visits to organisations was very informative and enjoyable. From 25 logo designs by the ambassadors, Team Germany’s was voted the favourite and now represents the entire Full Steam Ahead project.

 

The end of the first year saw a visit to the famous annual Sheffield Documentary Festival and a trip to the Bradford Science and Media Museum.  We now look forward to planning more STEAM activities and the second exchange trip to our partner school in Germany for another 10 ambassadors next summer.
