Meadowhead SchoolAcademy Trust

Information, Advice & Guidance

At Meadowhead all Sixth Form students belong to a tutor group with a dedicated tutor.  Tutor groups are arranged by discipline to enable targeted advice and guidance from a subject specialist; students are placed in a tutor group with peers who are studying similar subjects.

The Head of Sixth Form works with a team of dedicated staff to support and guide all students. Along with their tutor, each student will be supported by a Head of Year and a Pastoral Manager. Throughout Years 12 and 13, students receive support and guidance to help them achieve their potential and to make the right choices when they leave Meadowhead. Students also have access to the school’s experienced careers advisor who will meet with students regularly during their time with us to offer impartial advice and guidance.
